Nubentech is a startup founded in March 2018 which aims to develop innovative solutions in the field of nutrition.
Our Co-Founder, Professor Paolo De Cristofaro, a leading mind with over thirty years experience in the field of clinical nutrition and endocrinology, dedicated his entire professional career to supporting nutritional health in various physiological and pathological areas.
He needed a way to continue to accurately monitor his patients remotely when they could not be seen in person. This method was developed out of necessity over many years of modifying and perfecting his personal experience in treating his patients. Through this knowledge the professor invented the Morphogram method.

He has over 15 years of supplement marketing and sales experience, creator and management of a Pharmacy Nutrition Services format and training of a network of nutritionists.
He has taken part in several incubation and acceleration program including ABC accelerator (Slovenia) and UpIdea! startup program (Italy).

Endocrinologist and Nutritionist
He is the former Director of the Regional Reference Center of Nutrition in Abruzzo (Italy), member of the board of several scientific societies:
Professor at G. D’Annunzio University (CH) and Director of the Nutritional Specialist Center “Sani Medical Center” (TE) as well as the author of books and numerous scientific publications.

Biomedical engineer and Entrepreneur
Specialising in eHealth applications, one of his startup (Softcare Studios) was nominated by the European Commission as the best startup in the digital health sector with the TOMMI project in 2018. He has participated in several international acceleration program, among the most important: Merck Innovation program (GE), Texas Medical Center Innovation Institute (USA), Accelerace (DNK), StartupBootcamp (UK).
Currently a professor in Applied Dietetic Technical Sciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, he has devoted his career to the study of nutrition and body composition and has been a scientific advisor in several companies producing devices for the assessment of body composition.
